SALON COVID GUIDELINES

MASKS 

REDO POLICY

Please TEXT 608-692-8860 and wait in your car or outside until your appointment time. Please wait until you hear form me until you enter the building.  This is important as I will need to clean and sanitize my space for you before you come in and prep for your custom appointment.

Masks will not be required in the salon at this time. On the day of your appointment I will send you an Experience Customization Form and will be asked your preference for my masking at that time. Please understand that as a small business owner, navigating these unknown waters can be difficult. My intention is never to offend anyone, but I do need to consider all the lives and families of everyone who sits in my chair, my family, and the fact that we are in close proximity for long periods of time. I don't take that lightly and trust you won't either. At this time, I will continue to wear a KN95 mask if you prefer! 

Must reach out within 7 days for any service adjustments.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Any appointment canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled date and time will prompt the implementation of this policy.  

You will be invoiced $50 that will be payable prior to any future appointments. 

SALON ETIQUETTE

For the relaxation of your appointment and safety of your kids, no children will be allowed in the salon unless they have an appointment and/or another adult besides yourself supervising them besides yourself.
